Soak And sprout 1.5 tsp moong and keep aside.
- Step 2
Make a batter of 3 tbsp besan, 2 tsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain, sprouted moong and sufficient water.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Whisk everything together to make a thick batter.
- Step 5
Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a pan.
- Step 6
Pour the batter and let it cook on medium heat, flip, and roast from both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
