Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 pod of garlic, 2 tbsp diced onion and saute it.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and 1 tsp whole moong sprouts.
- Step 4
Mix well and add water as required.
- Step 5
Let It simmer, cool slightly and blend.
- Step 6
Garnish with sprouts and serve.
