Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions, sprouted whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture.
- Step 3
Stir continuously and add 150 ml water. Mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Serve hot with khichdi.
