Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped bottle gourd, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower, water as required, 1/2 tsp haldi, saute them well.
- Step 3
Then add 1 tbsp boiled moong sprouts and saute well. Add water as required and cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 4
Remove the lid, mash the bhaji with a masher.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp butter, mix and mash well.
- Step 6
Then add 1 tbsp each of chopped green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, mix and mash it well. Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Mash them well again.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 8
Garnish it with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
- Step 9
Serve it hot with 2 pav and enjoy.
