- Step 1
Soak, sprout and blend 2 tsp whole moong into a smooth mixture.
- Step 2
Take a bowl and add moong mixture, 2 tsp besan,1 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 4
Take a pan and add 1.5 tsp oil, pour and spread a ladleful of the mixture once the oil is heated.
- Step 5
Cover and cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
