Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped tofu and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 2
Toss well and set aside.
- Step 3
To the same pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1/4 cup diced onion and 1/4 cup diced potato
- Step 4
Pour a little water and cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 5
Using a blender, blend to a smooth texture
- Step 6
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 7
Add whole moong sprouts , 2 tsp grated carrot and sauted tofu.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 9
Serve warm.
