Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, water and mix well.
- Step 2
Slit 6 lady fingers and fill in the stuffing.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing.
- Step 4
Shallow fry the stuffed lady fingers well.
- Step 5
Serve hot with roti.
