Steps
- Step 1
For Poori
In a mixing bowl add soaked and ground urad dal and 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Step 2
and 1/8 tsp hing & mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 3
Place the dough, flatten the poori and fill the stuffing and roll into poori
- Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the urad poori until golden brown.
- Step 5
Serve hot with ketchup.
