- Step 1
For Sugar Syrup
In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar,water as required and boil it till sugar melt.
- Step 2
Add into the 2 strands of saffron,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Gulab Jamun
In a pan heat 1/8 tsp ghee add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/2 tbsp sugar, roasted semolina ,mix and cook it well.
- Step 4
Remove in a bowl and knead it well.Then make a small balls.
- Step 5
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry balls till golden brown.
- Step 6
Add fried balls in sugar syrup and soak till syrup absorbed by balls.
- Step 7
Serve.
