Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped dates,1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and mix until it dissolves
- Step 3
Add poha and simmer until it thickens
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tbsp almonds and 1 tbsp raisins.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnut
- Step 6
Let it cool down and set aside
- Step 7
In a bowl add 1.25 cups wheat flour and 1.5 tsp ghee
- Step 8
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 9
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it into small rounds
- Step 10
Add a spoonful of the mixture and seal the edges
- Step 11
Bake karanji at 180degree celsius for 20 25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 12
Yummy and tasty karanji is ready.
