Steps
- Step 1
Soak 2 tbsp rice and 2 tsp urad dal for 2 hours in required water and grind till smooth. Keep it overnight to ferment, adding 1/8 tsp salt into it.
- Step 2
In a batter, add 2 tbsp sweet potato that has been grated and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 4
Grease idli mold with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Add batter into the mold.
- Step 6
Cover and steam till cooked.
