Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp hing, 2 tbsp boiled chopped sweet potato and saute for a minute
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/2 tsp haldi, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4
Add soaked rice and dal and water for cooking
- Step 5
Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
