Ingredients

- Step 1
Wash and cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil.
- Step 3
To that add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi pattas and allow it to crackle.
- Step 4
Then add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick and 1 green elaichi, Saute well.
- Step 5
When onions turn translucent, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 6
Then add 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and stir well.
- Step 7
Once mixed, add 1 tbsp tomato puree, cooked rice and mix everything well.
- Step 8
Season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 9
Stir and serve hot.
