- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add marinated chicken and saute it well then cook them on slow flame.
- Step 2
In a bowl add mashed potato,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes,1/2 tsp rice flour,1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, cooked shredded chicken and mix nicely.
- Step 3
Shape a patty from the mashed mix.
- Step 4
In a nonstick pan, heat 2.5 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Dip Patty in 1 beaten egg then coats them patty with crushed oats and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.
- Step 6
Flip the patty and repeat it.
- Step 7
Tandoori chicken patty is ready to serve.
