- Step 1
Cut 100 gm Chicken breast into cubes and marinate with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp ginger garlic powder,1/8 tsp vinegar.
- Step 2
Next in a bowl add 1 tsp mustard oil,1/2 tbsp red chilli powder,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tsp besan,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp black salt,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp kasuri methi,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp salt and whisk well all ingredients.
- Step 3
Give a nestle twist by adding mint.
- Step 4
Add marinated chicken and nicely coat them.
- Step 5
In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil then take a chicken cube and coat it in 2 tbsp whole wheat flour and then dip in an egg and again coat it in 2 tbsp oats flour.
- Step 6
Add the coated chicken and shallow fry them until they are crispy.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
