- Step 1
For Egg Mixture
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Add 1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion and 1.5 no. egg then stir it well.

For Tandoori Masala
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp garam masala and mix it well.
- Step 5
For Wrap
In 4 tbsp wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt and water. knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.

Cut into small circles and add the egg mixture to Seal.
- Step 7
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 8
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and coat steamed momos with tandoori masala.
- Step 9
Roast till brown in color and serve.
