- Step 1
For Tuna Mixture
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion and 50g tuna.
- Step 3
Now saute all the ingredients well then add water and cover and cook it well.

For Tandoori Masala
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp garam masala and mix it well.
- Step 6
For Wrap
In 3 tbsp wheat flour add water. knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.

Cut into small circles and add the tuna mixture to Seal.
- Step 8
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 9
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and coat steamed momos with tandoori masala.
- Step 10
Roast till brown in color and serve.
