- Step 1
In a grinder add 1/8 cup minced chicken,1/8 no. egg yolk,1/8 tsp sugar,1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 2
Transfer fish mixture in a bowl add into the 1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 3g leech lime leaves and mix it well.
- Step 3
Make small round shape cakes like patties.
- Step 4
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
