- Step 1
In a grinder add 1/4 cup boiled corn,1/4 tbsp red Thai curry paste,3g leech lime leaves and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 2
Transfer corn mixture to a bowl add the 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp rice flour,1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,1 tsp sesame seeds, half of the crushed oats and combine all together.
- Step 3
Make allaround patties and heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 4
Coat patties with remaining crushed oats and shallow fry it till golden brown in color.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
