Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 40g shrimp, 1/8 no. egg yolk, 1/8 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 3g chopped leech lime leaves, crushed oats and mix it well.
- Step 2
Make small round shape cakes like patties.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
