- Step 1
For Manchurian Balls
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup chopped green cabbage,1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup tbsp grated onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp oats flour, salt as per taste and mix all ingredients.
- Step 2
Heat appam pan, brush each mould with 1/2 tsp oil and add spoonful of mixture to each moulds.

Roast them from both sides until golden brown and crisp.

For Thai Veg Manchurian Gravy
In a blender, add 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 ½ green chilli, 1 garlic pod, 1 ginger slice, 1/2 tbsp dhania Seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera, ,1/4 tsp lemon juice, salt as per taste, water as required and grind into a smooth paste.
- Step 5
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 ½ tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped green cabbage and saute well.
- Step 6
Add prepared paste, 1 tbsp coconut milk, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 7
Add manchurian balls, mix and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
