For making Til Gajak

Heat a frying pan, roast 3 tbsp white til and keep aside.
- Step 3
Heat another frying pan, add 2 tbsp sugar, add little water as required and stir.
- Step 4
Once the sugar dissolves, add 1 tbsp ghee and previously roasted white til.
- Step 5
Mix continuously until the consistency becomes slightly thicker and starts sticking to each other.
- Step 6
Cool and store in an airtight container.
- Step 7
Serve fresh and at room temperature.
- Step 8
