Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1/4 cup white til and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp groundnut powder
- Step 3
Roast it together and remove in a bowl
- Step 4
In the same pan, dry roast 2 tsp dry coconut until light brown
- Step 5
Add it to the bowl
- Step 6
Next, heat a pan with 2 tbsp chopped jaggery and 2 tsp ghee
- Step 7
Cook until the jaggery melts
- Step 8
Transfer the jaggery to the bowl
- Step 9
Mix all ingredients together
- Step 10
Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder
- Step 11
Mix it well
- Step 12
Grease hands with little ghee and shape into even sized ladoo
- Step 13
