- Step 1
For Tofu Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 cup grated tofu and sauté it well.

Add 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chili sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.

For Wrap
In a kadhai, add water and bring it to boil.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup bajra flour and mix it well.
- Step 6
Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add water as required and knead into the dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.
- Step 7
Cut into small circles and add the tofu mixture and seal.
- Step 8
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover and steam till done.

Serve.
