- Step 1
For mixture
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 3
Now add boiled rajma, boiled matki, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water as required and mix. Now add 2 tbsp chopped tofu and mix properly.
- Step 4
For Sheet
In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.

Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 6
Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin.
- Step 7
Add prepared mixture, make square pockets & seal.
- Step 8
In a kadai, heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till it turns golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
