Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp julienne carrot, 2 tbsp julienne cabbage, 2 tbsp julienne red capsicum and saute on high flame.

Add 1/2 cup chopped tofu, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/8 tsp salt and mix.
- Step 3
Toss all ingredients well
- Step 4
Serve Hot.
