- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2th tsp black pepper powder and 1/8th tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients well and keep vegetable mix aside.
- Step 3
On a plate arrange tortilla chips, grate 1/4th cup diced tofu, sprinkle 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, add vegetable mix all over with a spoon.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 5
Serve Tofu Nachos
