Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
- Step 2
Season with 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp chaat masala and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients together.
- Step 5
Shape into evensized tikkis
- Step 6
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp ghee, place the tikkis and roast until crisp and golden brown on both sides
- Step 7
Serve hot.
