- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 2
Now, add 1/2 cup diced tofu, 6 green capsicum cubes, 6 red capsicum cubes, 6 yellow capsicum cubes and mix well.
- Step 3
Arrange veggies & tofu in skewer.
- Step 4
Grease pan with 1 tsp oil and place veggies & tofu skewer.
- Step 5
Roast from all sides at high heat.
- Step 6
Serve kebab with salad.
