- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 3
Now add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and a little water to cook.

Add 2.5 tbsp chopped tofu and cook for a minute.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6
Next, knead a soft dough with 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.

Cover and keep aside.

Divide into equal parts and roll into a round shape.
- Step 9
Place the tofu mixture in centre and fold into a square.
- Step 10
Heat a pan with oil for frying and deep fry squares till it turns golden brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
