- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup chopped plum, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp sugar and a cup water.
- Step 2
Mix everything well and cook over low flame until it thickens

Using a blender, blender until smooth and set aside
- Step 4
Next, heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 cup diced green capsicum and 1/2 cup diced tofu.
- Step 5
Season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle twist by adding chopped walnut
- Step 7
Saute for a minute and turn off the flame
- Step 8
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle plum sauce over it
- Step 9
Enjoy the warm salad
