Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 3
Add a little water, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 3/4 cup chopped violet cabbage,1/4 tsp garam masala, little water and saute.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup diced tofu and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 7
Cover and cook.
- Step 8
Allow it to cool and keep aside.
- Step 9
Knead 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt with water as required.
- Step 10
Roll into a round shape and cut into a half.
- Step 11
Make triangular pockets of each half.
- Step 12
Fill with tofu cabbage mixture and seal the edges.
- Step 13
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Step 14
Serve hot.
