- Step 1
For Tofu Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 cup grated tofu and sauté it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
For Momo
In a bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1/8 cup wheat flour,1/8 tsp ghee and mix it well.
- Step 5
Add water as required and knead into dough. Roll out in a small round shape.
- Step 6
Add the mixture in the center and seal the edges.
- Step 7
In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 8
Serve.
