- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 cup soy milk, add little water and let it boil.
- Step 2
Remove the milk in a bowl, add 2.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously with a spoon.
- Step 3
The milk will start to Nestlé A+ Curdle.
- Step 4
After it Nestlé A+ Curdles, strain the mixture using a cloth.
- Step 5
Transfer the strained extract into a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar powder and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 6
Mix it well and bind it into a round shape and add 1/2 tbsp chopped pista on it.
- Step 7
Sandesh is ready to serve.
