- Step 1
For the Mixture
Next in a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and saute.
- Step 4
Add the boiled whole moong and matki, along with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and water.

Add 2 tbsp chopped tofu.
- Step 6
Mix well.
- Step 7
For the Sheet
Mix 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2.5 tbsp maida and 1/8 tsp salt, with water.

Set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 9
Roll out the dough into round shape.
- Step 10
Add the prepared mixture as filling and close the dough from all sides.
- Step 11
Heat oil for frying and fry till golden brown.
- Step 12
Serve hot.
