Steps
- Step 1
In a blender, add 2tbsp chopped tomato, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 2
Blend into a fine paste and set aside.
- Step 3
For the tempering, heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/8 tsp Rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal and 2 kadi patta leaves, followed by the tomato mixture.
- Step 4
Mix well and serve.
