Ingredients

- Step 1
Melt 1 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 3 tbsp chopped onion.
- Step 2
Once the onions become slightly transparent, add 4 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and sauté.
- Step 3
Once slightly cooked and reduced, add a little water.
- Step 4
Cover and allow the soup to cook.
- Step 5
Once completely cooked, pour in a grinding jar and blend it till a smooth consistency is obtained.
- Step 6
Garnish with a coriander leaf.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
