- Step 1
In a heated kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and tomato puree made from blenderizing 1/4 cup chopped tomato.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients well and saute for 2 min.
- Step 3
Now, add besan water mixture, additional water if required, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 4
Mix it well and allow it to simmer for 5 min.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6
Tasty tomato kadhi is ready to serve hot.
