Ingredients

- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/4 cup of diced tomato.
- Step 3
Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Next, add 1/2 tbsp parsley, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp black
- Step 5
pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 6
Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Step 7
Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.
- Step 8
Finally, sprinkle a tsp of sunflower seeds on top and serve in a bowl.
