Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 2
When the ghee melts, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well again.
- Step 4
Then add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp rasam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5
Add water and mix again.
- Step 6
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
