- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, soaked dry red chillies, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped cherry tomatoes,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp vinegar,1/4 cup brown sugar and mix everything.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5
Mash the mix and simmer until the mixture reduces and becomes thick
- Step 6
Let it cool and store in an air tight container
- Step 7
Serve as a dip to crackers or toast
