- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.25 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1/2 tsp hing, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Add the cooked dal and mix everything.
- Step 5
Pour a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt for taste and mix.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
