Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp mustard oil, add 2 tbsp chopped turai and sauté.
- Step 2
In a small bowl add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3
Then add sautéed torai and mix well again.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 5
Serve with paratha.
