- Step 1
For Batter
In a pan, add 200 ml skimmed milk, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, whisk and cook until thick consistency.

Add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp butter and mix well.
- Step 3
For Lokum
Take a tray, spread 1/4 cup grated dry coconut, prepared batter and spread evenly.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds.
- Step 5
Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
- Step 6
Spread 1/8 cup whipped cream over the batter evenly, and cut it keeping 23 inch gap.
- Step 7
Sprinkle 2 tsp almond powder, 2 tsp cashewnut powder, 2 tsp pista powder over the whipped cream and roll them.
- Step 8
Serve fresh.
