In Grated Cabbage

Add 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup Besan

Mix Well and make balls

Heat Oil For Frying

Deep Fry Manchurian
- Step 6
For Sauce
Heat 1 tsp Butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste
- Step 7
Saute till Brown
- Step 8
Now add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- Step 9
Now add Manchurian and Corn Flour Slurry
- Step 10
Add 1tbsp Spring Onion
- Step 11
Mix Well
- Step 12
Serve Hot
