- Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame and add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 4 no. kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing and saute well.
- Step 2
Now add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, saute till it turns light brown.
- Step 3
Then add field beans, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and mix well
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 50 ml water, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and let it simmer.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
