- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/8 cup oil, 1/4 cup sugar powder and whisk it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4th tsp baking soda and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and fold the mixture.
- Step 4
Brush a tin with oil and pour batter evenly.
- Step 5
Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and bake at 180 for 25 mins.
- Step 6
Once done, allow it to cool.
- Step 7
Slice and relish delicious vanilla cake.
