- Step 1
For Baked Vegetable
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp crushed oats, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp salt, water and mix well.
- Step 2
Now add 1/8 cup diced onion, 1/8 cup paneer cubes, 3 tbsp diced mushroom, 3 cauliflower florets, and 1/8 cup capsicum cube. Now mix all ingredients well.
- Step 3
Transfer coated vegetables to the greased tray and drizzle over 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Bake them in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Step 5
For Veg 65
In a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute until golden in color.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp soya sauce,2 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp vinegar,1/2 tsp salt, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 7
Add baked vegetables and mix well. Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve hot.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
