- Step 1
For cheela
In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of prepared batter.
- Step 3
Spread the batter evenly and cook with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on it and allow it to cook completely.
- Step 5
Cheelas are ready to be served.
- Step 6
For chutney
In a blender, add 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 soaked red chilli, 1/10 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oil and blend it together to make a smooth paste.
- Step 7
Serve hot cheese cheelas with fresh chutney.
