- Step 1
For the fried noodles, in a bowl, add boiled and drained spaghetti and 2 tsp cornflour.
- Step 2
Coat the noodles completely with the flour and then deep fry.
- Step 3
Prepare a cornflour paste by mixing 1tsp cornflour with 10 ml water and keep aside.
- Step 4
Then, in a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and 1/4th tsp each of grated garlic and ginger, and 1 tbsp of chopped onion.

Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp each of chopped carrot, cabbage, and mushroom.
- Step 7
Saute again to mix everything well.
- Step 8
Now, add 1 tsp each of tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.
- Step 9
Add sufficient water, and mix well.
- Step 10
Season with 1/4th tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.
- Step 11
Add the prepared cornflour paste.
- Step 12
Let the soup simmer.
- Step 13
Add fried noodles on top and serve hot.
